Xcon Sports Equipment PMS is designed to maintain equipment within your facility in order to prevent technical or mechanical issues, thus eliminating or diminishing costly repairs and equipment downtime. All Fitness facilities, regardless of size and membership, will benefit from a PMS as the program is customized to your facility.

If you are experiencing an issue with any equipment that is covered by a manufacturers labour warranty, please contact your local service department. The more information provided about the issue and equipment it is occurring on, will speed up the repair process. All labour warranty appointment may be subject to an administration fee.
Please be aware that manufacturer's warranties vary, and coverage of parts, labour, and diagnosis will depend on the manufacturer and the product. If you require clarification on your warranty, or would like to know if your product is eligible for warranty service, please refer to your equipment warranty manual, or contact our service department.
For equipment without manufacturer's labour / parts warranty, pricing for these appointments is as follows:
Manufacturer's labour warranties do not cover diagnostics, however, with the use of the service request form, we can often diagnose and order necessary parts prior to our visit in order to cut down on labour costs.
Parts required to repair equipment will be quoted and presented to the designated contact person at the facility. Parts will only be ordered once Xcon Sports Equipment has received written approval (with Purchase Order number) of the parts quote.
Xcon Sports Equipment Service Coordinators deal directly with our manufacturers to ensure parts ordered are correct for each unit. All parts orders will be quoted first and only ordered with confirmation from customers. Please note that non-warranty parts ordered are final sale, and a 50% deposit will be required prior to ordering.
Prior to a delivery or maintenance appointment, please inform Xcon Sports Equipment Service Coordinators of any details and access requirements needed. (e.g. staircases, elevators, doorways, delivery doors, parking, security, etc.)
Please be aware that extreme circumstances or particularly difficult to access locations that require extra time, specialized equipment or additional manpower may incur additional charges.
Mileage charges may apply to facilities or residences located at larger distances from our stores or warehouses. Areas that are exempt from mileage charges vary depending on your local store. Please contact your local sales department or service coordinator for details.
Facilities that do not have designated free delivery or visitor parking will be responsible for any parking charges incurred by our service team. Please advise Xcon Sports of any parking considerations that our technicians will experience while at your facility.
